The JOY of being BORN AGAIN

 

Psalm 1:1-2

King James Version

1 Blessed is the man 

that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, 

nor standeth in the way of sinners, 

nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord; 

and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Being born again has many benefits.

We live with certainty.

We know JESUS will return for His faithful.

We know we will have ETERNAL LIFE with Him.

We are blessed each day.

Not in the way the world measures it, but we feel blessed.

The HOLY SPIRIT teaches us every moment.

Because we pay attention.

We have discipline in our lives.

We have focus.

GOD rules our lives.

The WORD of GOD is imprinted upon our hearts.

It tells us about JESUS.

It tells us how to love GOD.

It tells us we must listen to SPIRIT.

It tells us how we are all loved.

The world cannot love you, as the LORD does.

We shall have ETERNAL LIFE with Him.

1 John 5:11

11 And this is the record, 

that God hath given to us eternal life, 

and this life is in his Son.

We shall be resurrected, too.

1 Thessalonians 4:14

King James Version

14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, 

even so them also which sleep in Jesus 

will God bring with him.

JESUS will return for His faithful.

We shall meet Him up in the air, and be forever with Him!

16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven 

with a shout, 

with the voice of the archangel, 

and with the trump of God: 

and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

17 Then we which are alive and remain

JESUS is the Bible.

JESUS is the WORD.

JESUS is LIFE.

JESUS is LOVE.

JESUS is LIGHT.

JESUS is GRACE.

JESUS is MERCY.

JESUS is TRUTH.

JESUS is the SON of GOD.

JESUS is EVERYTHING.

EVERYTHING was created by Him, for Him.

Colossians 1:16-20

16 For by him were all things created, 

that are in heaven, 

and that are in earth, 

visible and invisible, 

whether they be thrones, 

or dominions, 

or principalities, 

or powers: 

all things were created by him, 

and for him:

17 And he is before all things,

that in all things he might have the preeminence.

How can you not love the LORD of all LORDS?

There is only JESUS.

We were created for Him.

Proverbs 17:22

What makes my heart so excited each day?

Knowing SCRIPTURE, that's what.

I know what to think.

I know who to believe.

I know what to believe.

I know what to read.

I know what to do.

I know how to live.

I know what to expect.

Out of the jelly of a belly of my heart, I've come to know the commandments of JESUS, through SCRIPTURE, and have become productive for CHRIST.

John 7:38

38 He that believeth on me, 

as the scripture hath said, 

out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

SCRIPTURE -- the WORD of GOD -- tells me EVERYTHING I need to know.

And if you haven't embraced that yet, it's only because you haven't really made friends with GOD yet.

When GOD is convinced you are His, and that you seek ONLY His wisdom, He is SURE to show up.

And He'll make you born again.

You'll LOVE being born again.

For all will be made clear.

SPIRIT will be in you.

GOD will be in you.

JESUS will be in you.

SCRIPTURE will be in you.

You will see the world for what it is.

And you will only LOVE serving GOD.

GOD will be home in your heart.

John 14:23

23 Jesus answered and said unto him, 

If a man love me, 

he will keep my words: 

and my Father will love him, 

and we will come unto him, 

and make our abode with him.

Radical SPIRITUAL transformation

 

1 Corinthians 2:10

King James Version

10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: 

for the Spirit searcheth all things, 

yea, the deep things of God.

The word "transformation" had been following me around the past couple of days, through sermons I've been listening to.

I knew it was time to write about it today.

What is radical SPIRITUAL transformation, but a COMPLETE 180-degree turn from who we once had been.

A spiritual metamorphosis.

And that means turning to GOD alone.

Isaiah 45:5

King James Version

5 I am the Lord, 

and there is none else, 

there is no God beside me: 

I girded thee, 

though thou hast not known me:

EVERYTHING will change.

EVERYTHING will be transformed.

Your priorities, and focus, will surely change.

EVERYTHING will become clear.

EVERYTHING will go GOD's WAY.

As it ought to be.

Only through TOTAL surrender can GOD show up in your life, have His SON save your soul, and send His HOLY SPIRIT to teach you.

Surrender only comes when your efforts have gone kaput.

A humbled man knows when to quit.

If your heart is as a child, SCRIPTURE would be a delight to read, for the many adventures GOD will tell you about.

How can anyone not get excited about the BIBLE?

I've read enough books to know that is the ULTIMATE BOOK to learn from.

SCRIPTURE will really open your heart, for it opened GOD's HEART.

And here's what I learned, for these last days:

The LORD JESUS' command:

John 3:5-7

5 Jesus answered, 

Verily, verily, I say unto thee, 

Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, 

he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; 

and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, 

Ye must be born again.

The LORD's warning:

Mark 1:15

15 And saying, 

The time is fulfilled, 

and the kingdom of God is at hand: 

repent ye, 

and believe the gospel.

IMMINENCE of the RAPTURE:

Matthew 24:40

40 Then shall two be in the field; 

the one shall be taken, 

and the other left.

HOW the RAPTURE will be:

WHAT will REMAIN:

8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: 

but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

If you are tired of your old life, needing a radical change, a complete turnaround, wanting to TRUST something that LOVES you, SCRIPTURE is it.

Precisely why SPIRIT told me to use this as flagship of our main blog:

"That all men may know the BIBLE, 

and live by it."

I've been listening to SPIRIT over 30 months now.

STRAIGHT.

It's how I get the blogs, posts, and books done.

It's how I've become truly, radically, and spiritually transformed.

Not by my self, but by the WORD of GOD.

There is nothing more magnificent in this world, than being BORN AGAIN, and living by the WORD of GOD.

Entering the NARROW GATE

 

JESUS said:

Matthew 7:13-14

13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: 

for wide is the gate, 

and broad is the way, 

that leadeth to destruction, 

and many there be which go in thereat:

14 Because strait is the gate, 

and narrow is the way, 

which leadeth unto life, 

and few there be that find it.

What can I say about my journey into CHRIST?

Those verses are true.

It's a narrow gate, alright.

Many years ago, the LORD already showed me in a dream how it was going to be for me.

In that dream, I saw precarious, exceedingly narrow stone steps, cantilevered against a wall, with a WHITE dove painted on it. 

It was so narrow, to be able to climb, you had to put one foot in front of the other.

There was no railing, only the wall to lean on to.

And yet, atop the stairs, up in the landing, a doorway was filled with golden LIGHT!

I knew, then, that it was going to be that way for me.

Tough, but I'll get there!

Until you become born again in CHRIST, you won't understand why your life is the way it is.

I was given "clues" and "prompts" along the way.

But it was only when GOD made me born again, did the pieces of my life began to fit together.

Only then did it make a cohesive whole.

Before that, worldly stuff kept me occupied.

Income, survival, and all.

The stuff humans are occupied with.

When you become born again, only JESUS will matter.

Only His teachings will be followed.

His teachings will rule your life.

And your life will make sense.

The joy will be immeasurable.

You will have become GOD's own!

A GOOD day to be BORN AGAIN

 

1 Peter 1:23

23 Being born again, 

not of corruptible seed, 

but of incorruptible, 

by the word of God, 

which liveth and abideth for ever.

Today is a good day, to be born again.

Right this moment.

So the SPIRIT of GOD can start instructing you, on all things JESUS.

Why is it so important that we know about Jesus?

Because everything was created by Him, for Him.

John 1:3

and without him was not any thing made that was made.

LOVING for the JOY of it

 

Isaiah 40:11

11 He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: 

he shall gather the lambs with his arm, 

and carry them in his bosom, 

and shall gently lead those 

that are with young.

Ever tried loving, without thought of return?

Ever worked, without thought of pay?

Ever cared for others, just for the joy of it?

Ever saw the beauty of others, just as they are?

Ever gave your heart to the Lord, for it felt right?

Ever read the Bible, realizing it was the most beautiful book in the world?

Well, that's what happened to me, in the 26 months God made me born again.

Invaluable knowledge.

Growing wisdom.

Priceless truths.

I began to enjoy the little things in life.

More than ever.

Though I've always liked simple, as born again, I became even simpler.

JESUS ruled my life.

I surrendered everything to Him.

It was a relief to do so.

For, by myself, I was not able to figure out my life.

With JESUS, things began to make sense.

My thinking became organized.

My writing became sensible.

My loving became real.

Everything streamed forth, from Jesus.

Like rays of light from His heart, my heart began to shine, too.

I became truly happy, and content.

And when grief passed by our house 36 days ago, I could only reminisce about my beloved baby sis.

She was a gift from heaven.

She was my partner at work.

With God, with Jesus, with the Holy Spirit, and with my sis, I was able to study, write, create, and share much each day.

Now that my heart has been shattered, I look to Jesus for help.

Only through JESUS can I have the strength to keep going.

Physically, I don't have my baby sis to hold anymore.

But spiritually, she is with JESUS now.

My heart continues to overflow with love for her.

Earth time is not sufficient time for love.

I await the day, I will be reunited with her.

For all eternity.

Revelation 21:1-5
